When you submit the brief we receive your name, email, company, the service and timing you selected and your message. This is the minimum needed to respond to you.
How we use it
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry. With your separate marketing consent we may also contact you with occasional updates; you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Data residency & retention
Enquiry data is stored in the UK/EU. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
